Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and collaborative Learning & Development Manager to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs across the CMS (Commercial Money Movement Solutions) organization. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who brings deep L&D experience and can independently manage training initiatives, stakeholder relationships, and learning operations.
This role is ideal for an L&D professional with strong experience in program coordination, stakeholder support, and learning operations. The L&D Manager will take ownership of key learning initiatives, partner closely with business stakeholders, and help ensure programs are effective, well-executed, and aligned with business needs.
The successful candidate will bring practical L&D expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to independently manage learning initiatives from discovery through implementation and evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify training needs and support development of solutions.
- Design and develop end‑to‑end learning experiences for technology and sales audiences, delivering clear, narrative‑driven, learner‑centered content from complex and evolving material.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Leverage AI tools throughout the learning lifecycle—from ideation, scripting, and storyboarding to assessment creation, and rapid iteration—and thoughtfully embed AI into learning experiences.
- Stay current on learning experience design trends, digital learning technologies, and AI advancements.
- Contribute ideas that evolve the team’s learning standards, templates, and development workflows.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 6+ years of experience in learning experience design.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Articulate 360, timeline-based video editing software (Animaker, Synthesia), Camtasia, SnagIt, Adobe CC helpful but not required.
- Experience creating various modes of learning content, including video, audio, and interactive assets.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills across multiple learning formats.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex, technical, or incomplete source material into clear, learner-focused content.
- Strong AI fluency, with experience using AI tools for learning design and content creation.
- Demonstrated interest in continuously learning and applying new tools, technologies, and AI-enabled approaches.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with the following is helpful, but not required: HighSpot, Nomadic Learning platform, Degreed
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 134,600.00 to 215,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
