About us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

Grow Therapy seeks a motivated and collaborative Learning Experience Designer who can create, deliver, and oversee learning solutions and training programs that support the success and growth of internal and external learning audiences. As a strategic resource for multiple cross-functional teams, you will partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts, eliciting training objectives and content requests, digesting and analyzing content performance, and independently building or reimagining training deliverables. You will deliver these resources in various modalities, including eLearning, virtual workshops, self-study job aids, and manuals to increase learner satisfaction, improve learner outcomes, reduce onboarding ramp times, and deflect support requests from our customer-facing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Help set the learning strategy and program vision for the Customer Operations teams to help them meet yearly priorities and ongoing development goals - this includes the learning path for each team’s onboarding and ongoing skill development.
  • Apply adult learning theory and instructional design knowledge to design, develop, and implement learning solutions end-to-end. Formats include but are not limited to, eLearning, virtual instructor-led sessions and workshops, job aids, and manuals.
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and ensure knowledge is captured and transformed into effective learning solution(s) that are shared and continuously maintained.
  • Partner with vendors, such as business process outsourcing (BPO) partners, to proactively design and deploy training solutions that align with their unique responsibilities, structure, and restrictions.
  • Establish accountability metrics to ensure your learning strategy meets learners' needs and produces the desired business outcomes.
  • Gather, analyze, and summarize feedback on training efficacy to continue improving and determining gaps in understanding, application, and satisfaction.
  • Lead the administrative and technical aspects of our LMS system(s), including uploading content, creating, testing, assigning, and maintaining courses.
  • Occasionally, provide assistance facilitating agent trainings

The salary range for the role is $91,000 - $118,000 USD.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • You have 2+ years of experience enabling learners to achieve specific, measurable goals. Bonus points if you’ve previously worked with and understand the value of a Customer Experience, Success, or Support team in Tech, HealthTech, or healthcare administration.
  • You have experience evaluating and explaining complex concepts to various audiences, such as using a new platform to complete a task, following new procedures tied to legal/policy changes, or understanding jargon-heavy topics like how copays, coinsurance, and deductibles work.
  • You understand how to create, deliver, and maintain compelling enablement resources for your stakeholders. Bonus points if you’ve previously used a learning management system (LMS), such as Absorb, Articulate, or Docebo.
  • You are comfortable with numbers. You’ve built metrics around the success of your enablement content and use that data to drive decisions.
  • You have strong communication skills and can quickly and succinctly present your ideas to company leaders.
  • You are biased toward action and care about delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • You are curious, action-oriented, and excited to empower others through robust instructional resources and varied learning curricula.
  • You are self-motivated, eager to learn, and are comfortable with ambiguity.

If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box, and Grow believes the perfect candidate is more than just a resume.
