As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Professional Services department is hiring a Learning Experience Designer. We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and technically savvy professional who can champion our approach to product education and make learning impactful for both internal teams and external customers. If you thrive at the intersection of education, technology, and storytelling, this role is for you.

As a key member of our team, you’ll design, develop, and scale engaging content that helps our audience succeed. You’ll collaborate across departments, analyze performance data, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning systems, tools, and operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align learning experiences with business and customer needs
  • Conduct needs assessments and translate them into clear learning objectives and outcomes
  • Design and develop engaging, scalable educational materials across multiple formats (written, video, interactive)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of content and programs through data-driven insights
  • Share ownership of the Nozomi Networks Academy learning experience, ensuring it evolves with our product and customer base
  • Support ongoing maintenance of our learning platforms, tools, and operations

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • A coachable mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt
  • 2+ years of professional SaaS experience (edtech or product education background a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
  • Proven ability to design and develop content at scale
  • Comfortable with data analysis to inform decisions and measure impact
  • Familiarity with graphic and video production tools (e.g., Camtasia) and interactive learning platforms
  • Proficiency in communicating technical topics clearly and accessibly
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Skilljar, and Cloudshare

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $87,100 to $98,980 This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees.  The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

In addition, eligible employees are able to enroll in a 401(k) plan along with the employer matching program. Nozomi Networks also offers eligible employees flexible paid time off, paid holidays and paid parental leave.
