Learning Programs Coordinator  

The Learning Programs Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of Asset Living’s global learning and performance initiatives. This role ensures the seamless execution of key programs such as mentorship, TOPS, and other enterprise-wide development initiatives by managing logistics, tracking participation and outcomes, and partnering cross-functionally to drive consistency and impact. 

In addition, this role serves as a central point of coordination for incoming requests through ticketing systems, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent responses that support both operations and program success. 

This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling high-performing teams through structured learning and development programs. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Program Coordination & Execution 

  • Coordinate the day-to-day administration of global learning programs (e.g., Mentorship Program, TOPS, leadership development initiatives) 
  • Support program launches, enrollments, and participant onboarding processes  
  • Schedule sessions, track attendance, and ensure all program logistics are executed seamlessly  

Ticket Management & Operational Support 

  • Manage and monitor ticketing systems (e.g., FreshService) for Learning & Performance and TOPS-related requests 
  • Respond to tickets daily, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of service  
  • Triage and route requests appropriately, escalating when needed and ensuring follow-through to completion  
  • Identify trends in incoming tickets to inform process improvements, training opportunities, or program enhancements  
  • Maintain documentation and standard responses to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling requests  
  • Serve as a point of contact for program-related questions and support needs  

Data Tracking & Reporting 

  • Maintain accurate program data, including participation, completion rates, and key performance indicators 
  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards (e.g., DOMO) to provide visibility into program performance  
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve engagement and impact  

Process Improvement & Standardization 

  • Help document and refine program processes, SOPs, and best practices 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve scalability  
  • Support the evolution of programs to align with a performance-driven learning culture  

Communication & Participant Experience 

  • Draft and distribute program communications, updates, and resources 
  • Ensure a high-quality participant experience through clear communication and timely support  
  • Assist in gathering feedback and insights to continuously enhance program delivery  

Education & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, learning & development, HR, operations, or a related field
  • Experience managing ticketing systems or high-volume request workflows preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with systems like DOMO, LMS platforms, or ticketing systems (e.g., FreshService) is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action

This compensation range is specific to the remote nature of this position and includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would be near the top end of the compensation range, but that decision will be dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual’s relevant experience for the role.  A reasonable estimate of the range is below.
