Manage the commercial lease portfolio by tracking terms, deadlines, renewals, billings, tenant leads, vacant-space marketing, rent collection, and leasing activity. Prepare notices and amendments, coordinate with Accounting, Legal, and Property Managers, resolve billing discrepancies, maintain lease records, report portfolio status, and support real estate due diligence.
Overview
Corporate Tools owns buildings across the country that not only support our internal teams, but we also lease open spaces to tenants. We're searching for a Lease Administrator to join our growing Real Estate team who can keep it all running smoothly.
You'll manage our lease portfolio end to end: tracking every date and term, keeping tenant leads moving, helping market our available space, making sure rent actually gets collected, and keeping our internal real estate team from ever being surprised by a deadline. If you like bringing order to a portfolio, and you don't mind wearing a few different hats to do it, we'd like to meet you.

Why Work Here
Some people find spreadsheets and legal documents tedious. You find them satisfying. You're the person who actually enjoys knowing exactly where things stand... which lease renews next, which tenant lead needs a follow-up, and which rent payment is late.
You won't be the one closing the big deal, but nothing happens without you. You're the reason our internal real estate team can move fast and trust that nothing's falling through the cracks behind them. If staying two steps ahead of a growing, slightly unconventional portfolio sounds like your kind of challenge, this could be a perfect fit!

- Highly organized, with a proven ability to track many moving deadlines and workstreams across a large, growing portfolio
- Fluency in technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a self-starter mindset that doesn't need much hand-holding
