Our client is looking for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support their legal team with client communication, drafting, and day-to-day case coordination. Responsibilities
  • Communicate directly with clients via email and other channels in a professional and timely manner

  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case-related materials

  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and appointments

  • Maintain organized case files and documentation

  • Coordinate internal and external communications related to active matters

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal records and documentation



Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or in a similar legal support role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage calendars and track legal deadlines accurately

  • Experience drafting legal correspondence and documentation

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work during MST standard business hours

Qualifications
  • Experience working in a U.S.-based law firm preferred

  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
