You will join the Mobility Global Business Solutions Legal team, a collaborative group of attorneys supporting our commercial organization, product development/technology functions, and business leadership. Our team is practical, business-oriented, and closely embedded with the groups we support.

Responsibilities and Impact.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role (supporting internal stakeholders and external customers/partners) with meaningful ownership of commercial contracting and the opportunity to develop across a broad set of legal and business issues.

•    Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial agreements, including data subscription and licensing agreements, technology and software licenses, SaaS agreements, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and related Statements of Work (SOWs) and ancillary documents.
•    Review, advise on, and negotiate privacy and data protection provisions, including Data Processing Addenda (DPAs) and related contractual frameworks governing data handling, security and subprocessor obligations.
•    Provide legal guidance on advertising, marketing, and consumer protection compliance, including UDAP/UDAAP principles, CAN-SPAM, and alignment with evolving FTC enforcement priorities and industry best practices (e.g., disclosures, disclaimer language, endorsements and testimonials, and marketing practices review).
•    Support commercial transactions and cross-functional business initiatives, including ad hoc projects and strategic programs, by delivering practical, risk-balanced legal guidance, proposing innovative solutions, and driving process improvements through contract workflow optimization, playbooks, and scalable legal frameworks.
•    Partner closely with Legal and Compliance stakeholders to provide responsive support across a broad range of matters, ensuring alignment on risk, regulatory requirements, and operational execution.
•    Contribute to and lead special projects that advance the business division’s priorities, including initiatives to support growth, improve governance, and enhance operational efficiency, as assigned.

Growth & Support:
We support the ongoing development of your legal expertise through meaningful responsibility, strategic exposure, and continuous professional growth:
•    Structured onboarding and training on our products, data assets, contracting standards, and internal processes.
•    Access to templates, legal team members, and practical tools to support consistent decision-making.
•    Opportunities to grow and develop your career within the legal team.

What We're Looking For

3–6 years’ experience as commercial counsel, with broad contracts and legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house environment.
•    Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
•    Active admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
•    Excellent written and spoken English.
•    Demonstrated track record drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
•    Proven experience advising on data privacy and data protection matters.
•    Working knowledge of advertising, consumer protection, and marketing laws (including UDAP and CAN-SPAM) and familiarity with FTC standards and enforcement posture.
•    Pragmatic, business-oriented judgment; able to calibrate risk and drive solutions.
•    Ability to counsel internal stakeholders with clear, concise, actionable advice and deliver against defined timelines.
•    Comfortable operating autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams.
•    Positive, team-first approach; responsive, professional, and constructive partner within Legal.
