This position will join a small, rapidly growing global legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Revenue team, as well as customers, and partners on a wide range of commercial contracts. You will also provide legal guidance and support to the Finance, People, and Product teams. This position involves working with stakeholders across multiple regions, with a particular focus on taking a leading role in supporting our LATAM operations.

This role is based in our U.S. headquarters in Austin, TX on a hybrid schedule.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Commercial contract review and negotiation: Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements in line with business and legal requirements.

  • Advise all business units on various legal issues: Provide clear, practical legal guidance to cross-functional teams across the organization.

  • Collaborate on internal system and process optimization: Support improvements to legal processes and tools to increase efficiency and scalability.

  • Supervise outside counsel and other legal support vendors: Oversee external legal partners to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with company needs.

  • Increase internal customer support satisfaction: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and improve responsiveness and service delivery.

WHAT YOU’ll BRING:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

  • U.S. State Bar member in good standing and eligible to practice law in Texas

  • 2+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably either at a Saas Technology company or law firm

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic SaaS company environment

  • Willingness to take active ownership of tasks and processes

  • Commitment to providing efficient high-quality service to internal customers

  • Working knowledge of and an interest in leveraging AI capabilities

(AMAZING IF YOU ALSO HAVE):

  • Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency and any (legal or non-legal) experience in LATAM or other global business regions.
