About the Role

We are looking to upgrade and update the way legal services are delivered! As the Legal Operations and Contracts Manager, you'll be crucial in the scaling of Augment Code's legal department; trialing, choosing, implementing and overseeing systems and processes to help streamline contract review processes. This is a high-impact, founding role that will collaborate with key stakeholders in many departments, including legal, sales, security, finance and others. Must be a self sufficient individual who enjoys solving challenges in new, exciting ways. 

What You'll Do
  • Implement systems and processes to maximize deal-flow efficiency
  • Demo, learn and implement the latest in Legal Tech solutions 
  • Work directly with lawyers to build out playbooks and guidance for contract review
  • Problem solve on how best to serve a growing company and department
  • Low to mid-level contract review, dependent on experience and desire
What We're Looking For
  • Previous Contract Management or Legal Ops experience at a B2B SaaS Company
  • A desire to learn new systems and implement new solutions (specifically AI solutions in legal tech)
  • A collaborative, team player that fosters confidence in those we support
  • A creative problem solver with proven initiative and a desire to help scale a legal department
  • A self starter who is not afraid to take responsibility and try new things
Bonus Points For:
  • Legal Education - JD, Paralegal, or equivalent
  • Track record of supporting high growth sales departments
  • Sales experience
  • A proven interest in AI tooling

$155,000$200,000 USD
