We are fundamentally reimagining how healthcare works in the U.S. by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare benefits using clear incentives and powerful, data-driven insights. Our approach guides employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care, creating a system that works better for everyone. Patients achieve better health outcomes, employers spend healthcare dollars more effectively, and physicians are rewarded for delivering exceptional care rather than performing more procedures.

Garner is one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the country. Our products are trusted by the most sophisticated employers and providers in the industry, and we are building a team of talented, mission-driven individuals who are motivated to make a meaningful impact on healthcare at scale.

A paralegal certification or experience is preferred but not required.

Where you will work:

What you will do:
  • Help manage the contract lifecycle end-to-end, including document generation support, stakeholder outreach and internal approval collection, signature process, and metric tracking
  • Support operational systems and processes, including updating templates, executing and optimizing workflows, and assisting with reporting and documentation
  • Maintain, organize, and improve our knowledge repository, legal trackers, workflow documentation, and other internal resources
  • Assist with team projects and research, and provide paralegal and administrative support for Legal Team members
What you will bring to the team:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (paralegal certification is a plus)
  • 1-3+ years of experience as a paralegal, contracts manager, member of a legal operations team and/or with a corporate legal department, preferably in a rapidly growing and/or evolving environment
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and experience managing contract workflows
  • Ability to review and understand legal agreements and documents and translate them for business stakeholders
  • Excellent project management, process management and organizational skills
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize and balance multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong communication abilities (written and verbal)
  • A natural affinity for technology and a proven ability to learn new software platforms (e.g., Microsoft Word, Salesforce, Adobe, Ironclad, Gemini, etc.) quickly
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in finding ways to make repetitive tasks more efficient
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
