Architecting end-to-end technical solutions for high-impact areas like legal intake triage, contract automation, IP operations, and spend analytics.
Working directly with the Legal Operations manager, attorneys, paralegals, and partners from multiple functions in IT and Finance to translate legal workflows into scalable software solutions.
Maintaining user documentation, system architectures, and infrastructure to ensure stability and security across our internal tools.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical subject area (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of professional software development or automation engineering experience.
Proven track record to design, implement, and document complete solutions end-to-end.
Strong programming foundation in languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, alongside a background involving RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.
Strong curiosity and active willingness to learn how legal teams operate and how corporate law works.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Prior experience building integrations or custom solutions tailored to internal workflow.
Experience working with legal tech platforms such as DocuSign, Anaqua, or CounselLink
Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or low-code/no-code internal tool builders (e.g., Retool, Streamlit, Power Automate).
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment while translating complex technical concepts for non-technical team members.
A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and pioneering the modern AI-driven enterprise.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
