Sidecar Legal is building an AI Associate for litigators at small law firms (“claude code” for lawyers). Our mission is to help lawyers grow their businesses by unlocking the 10x attorney within, making our litigators 10x better in both quality + quantity. We’re backed by SPC and Pear Capital.
We’re hiring a legal associate to configure the product for customers we are onboarding, quality check Sidecar drafted documents, and provide input into product direction and feedback around how to make the product better. We are open to an intern who is at least a 2L, or a recent grad.

You’re high agency, and are excited about being on a small, high performing team. You’re comfortable asking questions when you’re blocked, and don’t need prescriptive instructions on what to do. You’re comfortable doing your own research and making independent decisions where you can.
You like moving fast. You are comfortable with making pragmatic decisions with imperfect information, and learning from contact with reality. You’re comfortable with rapidly evolving codebase where the roadmap may evolve rapidly on even a week to week basis.
