Objective

Provide ongoing content marketing support to help the client build brand awareness, generate demand, and support lead generation beyond paid advertising and events. The writer will serve as an extension of the marketing team, creating cohesive, campaign-driven content that aligns with the company's voice and marketing objectives.

Profile Overview

The client is seeking an experienced B2B content writer with a strong background in legal technology and injury law industry. The ideal candidate can quickly understand complex software solutions and translate them into engaging, customer-focused content that resonates with personal injury law firms.

This writer will collaborate closely with the marketing team, product marketing, and subject matter experts to develop content across multiple channels while maintaining consistent messaging throughout campaigns.

Scope
  • Commitment: 10–15 hours per week, with room to increase hours as content initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns expand.

  • Adapt messaging for different audience segments, including enterprise and mid-market law firms.
  • Interview internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather technical insights and customer perspectives.
  • Maintain the client's established brand voice while leveraging AI responsibly as a drafting tool, not as a replacement for thoughtful, human-written content.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience writing for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Experience writing for legal technology, legal services, or plaintiff law firms strongly preferred.
  • Excellent long-form and short-form content writing skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging marketing content.
  • Experience developing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword optimization.
  • Experience interviewing subject matter experts and incorporating technical input into content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working within HubSpot marketing environments is preferred.
