Key Responsibilities

- Support root cause analysis, failure analysis, and corrective action development for non-conforming conditions.
- Develop and support engineering dispositions for technical issues and product/process anomalies.
- Prepare and coordinate technical communications with system owners, production personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate fleet and customer data to identify product and process improvement opportunities.
- Identify deviations that may impact design intent, safety, or compliance.
- Participate in Material Review Boards (MRBs), Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and other technical forums as required.
- Support development of interim structural repairs and other technical solutions to restore conformity or design capability.
- Provide engineering decision support for recurrent product support issues and technical resolution efforts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Support preparation of technical documentation, analyses, and technical summaries as required.

- Ability to mentor junior engineers and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage technical scope, communicate effectively, and support high-visibility program needs.
- Experience in aerospace, space systems, or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with MRB processes, technical reviews, and non-conformance resolution.
- Experience supporting production line operations and in-service problem resolution.
- Knowledge of structural repairs, product definition, and configuration management.
