The Solutions Marketing Manager will develop and execute annual marketing plans focused on key customer segments, applications, and scientific workflows. This individual will partner closely with Product Management, Commercial teams, Regional Marketing, and Marketing Centers of Excellence to create solution-based positioning, campaigns, content strategies, and demand generation programs that highlight the value of Revvity’s end-to-end capabilities.

This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to connect technologies across the portfolio into impactful solutions that address customer pain points and drive measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience building strategic marketing programs, influencing cross-functional teams, and executing initiatives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute solution marketing strategies that align customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities across Life Sciences applications and workflows.

  • Build a deep understanding of customer personas, scientific challenges, market trends, and buying behaviors through customer insights, VOC, and market analysis.

  • Create differentiated solution positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that communicate the impact of Revvity’s technologies and capabilities.

  • Lead integrated marketing planning for strategic solutions, including campaign strategy, content development, digital programs, events, and commercial enablement.

  • Partner with Product Management teams to connect individual technologies into broader workflow-based solutions that address customer challenges.

  • Partner with Commercial SMEs

  • Support go-to-market strategies for new innovations and solution launches, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Commercial, and Regional teams.

  • Develop customer journey-based content strategies that support awareness, education, engagement, and conversion.

  • Partner with Sales Enablement teams to create tools and messaging that help commercial teams effectively communicate solution value.

  • Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing KPIs to continuously optimize programs and demonstrate business impact.

  • Monitor competitive activity, market dynamics, and emerging scientific trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Manage marketing budgets and prioritize investments based on strategic impact and measurable outcomes.

  • Drive collaboration across global matrix teams while ensuring brand consistency and executional excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience within Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industries; degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans, solution-based campaigns, content strategies, and demand generation programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of customer workflows, market dynamics, and the ability to translate technical information into compelling value propositions, messaging, and customer-focused content.

  • Experience building integrated marketing programs across digital and traditional channels, including web, SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, marketing automation, and analytics.

  • Proven ability to develop content strategies aligned to the customer journey, marketing funnel, and commercial objectives.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance, interpreting data, and optimizing programs based on insights and KPIs.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix environment, partnering effectively with Product Management, Commercial, Regional Marketing, and other stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence and engage audiences across all levels of the organization.

  • Strategic thinker with strong project management skills, business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative team player with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering results.
