Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $127,800 - $166,850
Zone B: $115,200 - $150,400
Zone C: $106,200 - $138,650
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

In this role you'll get to
- Manage macro and micro-segmentation to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion to improve adoption and purchase
- Build comprehensive, omnichannel, creative campaigns to drive purchase with larger customers through the flywheel and encourage adoption
- Facilitate campaign success by building solid distribution strategies and execute on operational processes to launch, measure, and adjust campaigns.
- Support the Product Marketing team with new features and product launches and translate business goals into lifecycle marketing strategies and execution plans.
- Understand Atlassian's products and customer journeys and how to market and engage our key targets and personas successfully.
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance insights to peers and Marketing leadership
- Foster tight alignment with Growth, Sales and Product Marketing to ensure seamless execution and meet quarterly goals.
- Leverage marketing automation tools and related technology integrations to increase demand.
Scope:
On the first day we'll expect you to have:
- 4+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing and campaign management
- Experience implementing PLG and/or Enterprise programs and processes.
- Understanding and experience working with performance marketing, growth, product marketing, marketing operations and other cross-functional teams
- Comprehensive understanding of PLG or demand gen standard methodologies and industry trends
- A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend.
- Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities with hands-on experience (SFDC + Marketo a big plus).
- Extraordinary program management and communication skills and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.
- The desire to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work to get the job done.
