The Firefox Product Marketing team works closely with Product, Marketing, Creative and other cross-functional partners to drive acquisition, activation, engagement and retention across the entire user journey. The Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager will serve as the operational anchor for Firefox Mobile marketing execution. They will translate product marketing and growth strategies into reliable, repeatable execution across App Store Optimization (ASO), lifecycle programs, product launches and other priority growth initiatives. What you’ll do:

  • Support the execution of product launches and other priority growth initiatives by coordinating workstreams, cross-functional handoffs and operational follow-through.
  • Own shared localization, quality assurance and operational readiness workflows across supported workstreams, identifying and escalating blockers and risks before they affect delivery.
  • Gather and consolidate performance data and operational learnings from campaigns and experiments to support reporting, synthesis and future optimization decisions.
  • Develop scalable processes, automation and AI-assisted workflows—including solutions using Claude Code and Cowork—to improve execution consistency and reduce coordination overhead.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
  • Experience coordinating and executing multi-step marketing programs across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines and dependencies.
  • Strong operational judgment, organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently.

    • Engage evidence over ego
    • Decide and deliver
    • Ship, learn, repeat

What will help you stand out:

  • Experience with mobile growth or ASO, including metadata optimization and creative experimentation.
  • Comfort working with performance data, including campaign measurement, experiment analysis and reporting.
  • Experience building automated and AI-assisted workflows using Claude Code, Cowork, or similar tools.

  • Generous performance-based bonus plans for all eligible employees - we share in our success as one team
  • Rich medical, dental and vision coverage
  • Generous retirement contributions with 100% immediate vesting (regardless of whether you contribute)
