Job duties:
Work remote! Looking for candidates in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Required:

· Recent insurance defense experience
