LMS Administrator & Program Systems Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced LMS Administrator to take ownership of our learning systems (LearnWorlds and HubSpot) and ensure our training programs run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.

This is a hands-on systems role focused on managing course setup, participant access, data integrity, and real-time issue resolution. You will play a critical role in ensuring our programs operate seamlessly and that participant data is consistent across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously owned or managed an LMS at the admin level and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

LMS Administration (Primary Focus)

  • Manage LMS platform (LearnWorlds or similar) end-to-end
  • Set up courses, modules, and participant enrollments
  • Manage user access and permissions
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve them in real time
  • Maintain data accuracy across LMS and CRM systems
  • Identify and proactively fix system or data issues

CRM & Data Management

  • Ensure alignment between HubSpot and LMS data
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in participant records
  • Support reporting accuracy for training programs

Program Operations (Secondary)

  • Support training logistics and participant tracking
  • Monitor attendance, progress, and completion
  • Support live sessions when needed (Zoom setup and troubleshooting)
Required Experience
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on LMS administration experience
  • Experience managing:
    • course setup and structure
    • participant enrollment and access
    • LMS troubleshooting
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data across systems
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
Preferred
  • Experience with LearnWorlds
  • Experience supporting training programs or learning environments
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, real-time operations
Technical Skills
  • LMS platforms
  • CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
  • Zoom (hosting, troubleshooting)
  • Google Workspace
Language Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Work Requirements
  • Must be located in the United States
  • Availability: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET
  • Ability to respond to system or participant issues during live sessions
Compensation

$35-$38/hour (based on experience)

Important Note

This role requires prior experience managing an LMS at the system level. Candidates who have only used LMS platforms as participants, facilitators, or trainers may not be the best fit.
