Our client is looking for a Local SEO & AI Presence Specialist to lead the hands-on execution of localized search strategies and digital presence management. They operate within the digital marketing and revenue growth space and have built a strong reputation in recent years for delivering data-driven strategies and scalable marketing systems for growing brands.

This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes ensuring every detail is aligned, optimized, and consistent across platforms. The specialist will collaborate closely with Account Managers to gather client assets such as images, service updates, promotions, and project details, and translate those into a cohesive, high-performing local search presence optimized for both traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and enhance client Google Business Profiles

  • Publish ongoing localized updates and promotional posts

  • Track Q&A sections, images, and performance metrics

  • Maintain complete accuracy of NAP data and service information

  • Update and manage localized website content for client service pages

  • Use AI-driven tools to create hyperlocal blog content tailored to real consumer search intent

  • Apply on-page SEO best practices with a focus on local optimization

  • Implement structured data and backend technical SEO aligned with each platform’s technical capabilities

  • Publish localized content across Facebook and Instagram

  • Develop engagement-focused posts to strengthen algorithmic trust signals

  • Ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels

  • Coordinate and support review generation efforts on approved platforms

  • Monitor incoming feedback and escalate notable reviews to internal teams

  • Contribute to strategies that preserve strong ratings and consistent responses

  • Safeguard and elevate online reputation to improve conversion performance

  • Align business information across major directories including Apple Maps, Yelp, Bing, and other relevant platforms

  • Ensure consistency in listings to reinforce trust signals for both search engines and AI models

  • Identify and correct discrepancies in citations



Requirements
  • Practical experience executing Local SEO strategies

  • Proven experience creating and publishing optimized content

  • Familiarity with review generation and reputation management processes

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Experience leveraging AI tools for content production and optimization

  • Exceptional attention to detail
