The Recruiter will work proactively to grow our Locum Tenens service line by initiating contact with physicians and introducing them to a locum tenens career with Aya Healthcare. They will provide the best possible experience for physicians through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport and providing extraordinary customer service.

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and recruit qualified physicians for contracted assignments
  • Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
  • Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a locum tenens career
  • Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals
  • Build and maintain unique relationships both internally and externally
  • Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Staffing experience required
  • Obsessed with creating great experiences for travel healthcare professionals
  • Outside the box thinkers
  • Career oriented with a desire for advancement
  • Enthusiastic about being part of a recruiting organization that recognizes your talent

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $57,000 starting annually, plus commissions.    

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
