Project Process Description:
The main idea of the project is to provide interactive panoramas from street-level positions worldwide. It includes building, testing, deploying, and maintaining imagery hardware and sensors used on various platforms.
 
The Logistics Analyst manages imagery equipment movement requests (both domestic and international), ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations. Key responsibilities include coordinating with 3PLs (e.g., FedEx, Expeditors), managing stock levels, conducting stock counts, and supporting forecasting activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage physical stock, supply forecasting, and imagery equipment logistics (location-specific)
  • Handle inbound/outbound shipments and manage performance inventory at the workshop using existing shelving
  • Coordinate global equipment delivery and returns
  • Manage and track logistics tickets until receipt of shipment
  • Provide equipment buy support and logistics liaison with shipping partners
  • Oversee equipment usage at depots and manage inventories (location-specific)
  • Supervise shipment processing, order updates, labeling, and packaging
  • Collaborate with the Client Trade Compliance team and 3PLs to ensure regulatory compliance of all international shipments
  • Visit warehouses for physical inventory counts or train local personnel
  • Plan and implement inventory movement optimization strategies (e.g., warehouse-slotting, route planning)
  • Process domestic and international shipment requests for platforms and disks
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders throughout the delivery process
  • Ensure all international logistics align with import/export regulations

Candidate Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Experience: 3+ years in logistics, vendor, or warehouse management
  • Domain Experience: 2 years in Hardware Operations
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, stock management, and forecasting
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP tools
  • Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all business levels
