The Logistics Coordinator will assist with daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking, vendor communication, and process optimization to ensure timely deliveries.
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics and supply chain operations across the US. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in logistics and supply chain. The role involves assisting with shipment tracking, vendor communication, documentation, and process optimization in a fast-paced, diverse, and fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily shipping and logistics activities, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate transportation with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and tracking records.
- Update logistics and inventory data in internal systems and tools.
- Communicate shipment status updates to internal and external teams.
- Help resolve delivery delays, missing documentation, or damaged goods reports.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations.
- Provide administrative support to internal teams.
- Onboard new logistics providers.
Requirements
- Prefer 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipping, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of domestic and international shipping procedures.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or logistics management tools (ERP/WMS experience a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn within a fast-paced operations team.
