Manage daily shipping and logistics operations to ensure on-time customer deliveries.

·       Coordinate domestic and international shipments using multiple carriers and freight forwarders.

·       Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs documentation, and customer-specific shipping instructions.

·       Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service teams to meet shipment schedules.

·       Monitor shipping priorities and proactively resolve logistics issues to minimize delivery delays.

·       Optimize transportation costs while maintaining service quality and delivery performance.

·       Analyze shipping performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

·       Participate in developing and standardizing shipping procedures and work instructions.


Requirements

  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

·       3+ years of experience in shipping or logistics operations.

·       At least 2 years of team lead experience.

·       Experience with shipping systems.

·       Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes.

·       Knowledge of freight carriers, customs documentation, Incoterms, and export compliance.

·       Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
