- 5+ years of hands-on logistics/warehouse/3PL experience in the United States.
- Proficiency with ERP (NetSuite strongly preferred) and operational dashboards (Excel/Sheets).
- Demonstrated process improvement, SOP implementation, and KPI ownership.
- Fluent English; Hebrew is a plus. Comfortable working across time zones and global teams.
- Working knowledge of US import/export, Incoterms, HTS, and hazmat/lithium (as applicable).
- Strong service mindset, rigor and control, initiative, and ownership.
- Willing to travel domestically/internationally as required.
