HighKey Agency is a digital PR and social media company specializing in building elite personal and brand presences in the aesthetic industry, from top-tier plastic surgeons to high-growth med spas.

We engineer content systems that drive visibility, inbound demand, and long-term brand equity at scale.

Our team moves fast, executes at a high level, and is obsessed with results. If you’re looking to break into a high-performance agency environment, this is your entry point.

Position Overview
This role is focused on storytelling, structure, and building narrative from raw footage. Not cinematic filmmaking, and not basic YouTube talking-head edits.

You should be comfortable:

  • Turning raw footage into a structured, compelling story
  • Building tension, pacing, and payoff
  • Using cutaways, reaction shots, music, and sound design to enhance narrative
  • Creating edits that feel like real shows, not just videos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit long-form videos (8–15+ minutes) with a strong narrative focus
  • Structure content into clear story arcs (setup → conflict → resolution)
  • Enhance scenes with cutaways, music, pacing, and sound design
  • Identify and emphasize key moments, reactions, and turning points
  • Maintain high retention through intentional pacing and storytelling
  • Collaborate with internal team to execute creative direction
What This Role Is Not

To be explicit, this role is not for:

  • Basic YouTube vlog editors
  • Short-form / TikTok-only editors
  • Heavy VFX or motion-graphics-focused editors

We are looking for editors who understand how to build a story in post.

    • Viewer retention through storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
  • Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively

Bonus:

  • Experience with documentary or reality-style content
  • Experience editing interviews or unscripted footage
