Job Description
The Moves Add Changes (MAC) Logistics Coordinator is a critical position within the Move Delivery Team for the CBRE Microsoft Account. This role serves as a collaborative point of contact for Microsoft employees, facilitating move coordination and providing customer service across the Puget Sound campus. This position manages small-scale move projects, coordinating logistics for individual to large group moves (up to 500 employees), and ensuring compliance with team objectives. Key responsibilities include vendor engagement, project management, effective communication, presentations, reporting, facility walkthroughs, post-move support, email management, exceptional customer service, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Move Management: Manage the scope, schedule, and compliance of small-scale move projects (e.g., up to 500 employees, individual moves, resets, unassigned seating), ensuring alignment with team and related team objectives. Coordinate logistics for all group moves and special projects.
- Vendor Engagement: Engage with vendors to schedule, coordinate, and manage move-related activities. Collect, monitor, and report on key performance indicators and billing accuracy, ensuring closeout for move metric advancement.
- Project Creation & Management: Create move projects within designated tools, including setting up spreadsheets and presentations. Enter project information and data into project management technology tools.
- Communication: Develop and distribute communications to employees, team administrators, and move partners. Schedule meetings and manage communication plans regarding projects with various teams and clients. Assist with contract administration, including attending tender openings and issuing correspondence.
- Presentations: Deliver presentations to team administrators on the move process and associated steps.
- Reporting: Create, format, verify, and scrub data for various reports.
- Facility Walkthroughs: Conduct walkthroughs of buildings to assess facilities and furniture needs, identifying data discrepancies.
- Post-Move Support: Create floor plans, labels, and nameplates. Order furniture and generate work orders for resets. Operate post-move help centers.
- Email Management: Provide support and coverage for the MS-Move email inbox by responding to inquiries and troubleshooting employee needs.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the pre and post-move phases. Resolve straightforward problems using defined procedures and processes with limited discretion, under close supervision.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Move Delivery Lead Coverage: Provide project coverage for the Move Delivery Lead, excluding people management responsibilities.
- Other Duties: Perform other assigned move project assignments and ad hoc tasks to support continuous improvement.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Associate degree (AA/AS) and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of related experience desired.

- Functional/Technical Skills: Possesses strong functional and technical knowledge relevant to the role, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Technical Learning: Quickly grasp new technical concepts, skills, and knowledge related to industry, company, products, or internet technology.
- Time Management: Uses time effectively and efficiently, prioritizes important tasks, and accomplishes more in less time.
The base salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the base salary for this position at the time of the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
