In this role, you will impact the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes, contributing to the delivery of superior products that meet customer specifications and Honeywell’s standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate and set up various machine tools including lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce precision parts.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet required tolerances and standards.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Train associates on processes and procedures related to machining to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Comply with all safety and quality standards and procedures.
ResponsibilitiesYOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years proven experience as a machinist with advanced skills in operating and setting up machine tools.
  • Strong knowledge of machining processes, precision measurement tools, and quality control standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
  • Experience with CNC machines and manual machining equipment.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
