As a Managed Services Revenue Cycle Director, you will lead strategic initiatives within our Advisory practice, focusing on optimizing physician revenue cycle operations and performance for our clients. - Driving top-tier performance against cash collection, accounts receivable days, denial, write-off, and other key operational targets across the client portfolio
- Leading multi-client, multi-specialty portfolios with blended onshore and offshore teams of 300+ associates supporting $250M+ net revenue organizations
- Advising physician and practice executives on revenue cycle performance, organization design, operating model transformation, and strategic priorities
- Governing managed services performance through MSA and SLA design, executive reporting, change control, and performance reviews
- Driving root-cause resolution across front, middle, and back-end revenue cycle functions in collaboration with Access, Coding, Technology, and Client Delivery teams
- Leading business process improvement and transformation initiatives to optimize workflows, performance, and service quality
- Sponsoring automation, AI, and digital solutions that enhance revenue cycle outcomes, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Overseeing complex managed services engagements and delivery portfolios to support quality, performance, and timely execution
