If you’re a technically strong, process-driven accounting leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing people and systems, this role is for you.

  • Support external audits, preparing PBC schedules and responding to auditor requests.
  • Contribute to system improvements (e.g., NetSuite enhancements, automation tools) to drive scalability and accuracy.

What You’ll Bring

  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA in progress or an asset, but not required).
  • 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, including exposure to team leadership or supervision.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and month-end close processes.
  • Hands-on experience in Shared Services operations (AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations).
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated process improvement mindset - comfortable identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across levels and functions.
  • Interest in applying technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes.
