About the Role
We are seeking a Manager of Billing & Revenue Operations to oversee the end-to-end revenue lifecycle. This role is critical for ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and insightful revenue analysis. You will work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to maintain financial accuracy, optimize processes, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for all clients and services
Oversee collections, follow up on outstanding accounts, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
Reconcile revenue streams, identifying discrepancies and ensuring financial accuracy
Analyze revenue trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
Maintain and improve revenue-related processes, reporting systems, and internal controls
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure billing aligns with contracts, agreements, and delivered services
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in billing, revenue operations, finance, or accounting roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience with billing systems, ERP, or CRM platforms
Ability to reconcile accounts, review transactions, and resolve discrepancies
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Must be in Eastern or Central Timezone
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, technology, or service-based revenue operations
Familiarity with subscription, recurring, or usage-based billing models
Prior experience managing collections or accounts receivable processes
