What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Architect, build, and implement efficient manufacturing processes for our groundbreaking board & system products.

  • Lead and manage a small team of Product Development Engineers.

  • Provide mentorship during the architecture and build product lifecycle, offering manufacturing capability feedback to design teams.

  • Define product test requirements, coordinate NPI bring-up, validation, and characterization to ensure smooth production ramp at worldwide manufacturing sites.

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement them successfully.

What We Need to See:

  • BSEE or equivalent experience with 8+ overall years of experience plus 3+ years of experience leading a team

  • A consistent track record of leading board/system-level products through different lifecycle phases, from building to high-volume manufacturing.

  • Strong DFx knowledge in electrical, thermal, and mechanical components.

  • Understanding of hardware and software interactions, including embedded low-level firmware and operating systems.

  • In-depth knowledge of System on Chip (SoC) IO interfaces and memory subsystem development.

  • Hands-on experience in building analysis, prototype bring-up, debugging, failure verification, and manufacturing test support.

  • Proficiency in Perl/Python/Shell scripting.

  • Experience working in a multi-functional engineering environment.

  • Expertise in Manufacturing Test and validation planning and reporting.

  • Authority in the build of experiments creation, execution, and data analysis.

  • Excellent partnership and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous PDE experience involved in large complex board and system projects.

  • Familiarity with automotive product requirements and technologies.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
