About Reunion

Reunion is transforming the way clean energy projects are financed. Since 2024, our tax credit transfer business has partnered with major corporations to unlock over $8 billion in clean energy investment, including some of the industry's largest transactions. Our compliance business is building disruptive software for developers to track operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Reunion has built a consistently profitable company, focused on building for the long term. We raised a small seed round of funding in 2023, and have since repaid our investors in full. We do not have pressure from VCs or outside investors to chase short-term targets; we have the autonomy to focus on building a great long-term business. Reunion's laser focus on solving tough problems has resulted in repeat customers and strong profitability since 2024.

We have worked hard to build a mission-driven company culture that values creativity, collaboration, excellence, and speed without sacrificing fun. Our talented team includes experienced leaders from SunEdison, SolarCity, Tesla, GoodLeap, and other clean energy companies; we are consistently amazed by what our 30+ person team of experts can accomplish.

We look for curious, smart, and kind colleagues with an entrepreneurial streak (we have quite a few ex-entrepreneurs on our team). Reunion is a great place to learn from energy finance experts and play a critical role in deploying clean energy technologies such as battery storage, nuclear, manufacturing, solar, and wind.

About the Role

In 2025, we launched Reunion PWA, a software solution that helps developers comply with prevailing wage and apprenticeship (PWA) requirements to unlock the full value of clean energy tax credits. Reunion PWA is rapidly gaining traction in the market, and we’re growing our team to accelerate adoption and expand our product offerings. Join us in the fight against climate change by helping renewable energy developers build faster!

As a Manager at Reunion, you’ll be a go-to expert for our customers looking for PWA compliance reporting and auditing. You will rely on strong communication and problem-solving skills to help developers, contractors, and project owners understand how to stay compliant and get the most out of our software platform.

This is a highly customer-facing and technical role — you’ll manage key customer accounts, develop efficient processes, and think through how we expand our product offerings. • Establishing best practices to ensure accurate, consistent, and scalable data collection and maintenance.

  • Develop and implement customer onboarding programs and engagement cadences to drive platform adoption and long-term success with the Reunion PWA platform.

  • Act as a go-to resource on complex federal/state guidance and labor compliance requirements, creating materials and training that empower both customers and internal teams.

  • Champion the product feedback loop by partnering closely with product and engineering teams, representing customer needs and contributing to platform roadmap discussions.

  • Lead customer success initiatives, and collaborate with sales and account management teams to align on customer satisfaction goals, retention strategies, and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Need
  • 7+ years of experience in a high-paced, fast growth environment or at a leading tax, accounting, legal, or consulting firm.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable explaining complex topics in clear, practical terms.

  • Systems mindset, with the ability to think strategically and develop repeatable processes.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn — you’re excited to become an expert in clean energy tax credit rules.

Nice to Haves
  • Experience in tax or clean energy tax at a leading accounting or tax firm.

  • Familiarity with prevailing wage, apprenticeship, or related labor compliance programs.

  • Auditing or due diligence experience on complex transactions or compliance matters.

  • Experience with clean energy project development, construction management, or labor compliance systems

Why Join Us?
  • Help scale one of the most exciting and impactful clean energy finance companies
