Job Summary & Responsibilities

You’re sooo Benefit!

This Manager will help lead the Global GTM strategy development and execution for all global Benefit campaigns. This role will directly report to the Director, Global Campaigns.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that combines big-picture category vision with scrappy day-to-day execution. You’ll serve as the quarterback for integrated global campaigns, translating insights into compelling storytelling, inspiring cross-functional teams, and empowering regional markets to deliver culturally resonant, business-driving work while maintaining a cohesive global brand vision. The role requires strategic and creative leadership to drive category growth in an omnichannel ecosystem – from digital to ecommerce to retailer.

Most importantly, this role embodies Benefit’s purpose of igniting joy – bringing bold, unexpected, and playful energy to everything we do for our consumers, partners, and teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Director, Global Campaigns in leading the cross-functional global departments in developing and executing all Go-to-Market Toolkits—ensuring alignment to strategy, coordinating pre- and post-launch communication, and activating post-launch learnings.
  • Partner across functions to help connect upstream category, product, and consumer insights with downstream campaign development and market activation. Contribute to ensuring that global strategies are grounded in business priorities, consumer needs, and market opportunities.
  • drive a more effective and streamlined briefing process by developing clear, insight-led briefs for creative and cross-functional partners.
  • Ensure briefs support strong strategic alignment and enable efficient execution across innovation, core campaigns, and key brand initiatives.
  • Lead the development of campaign support tools such as content matrices and messaging frameworks, incorporating market input and cross-functional feedback to guide globally relevant and locally adaptable execution.
  • Own creative and cross-functional briefs for innovations and core campaigns — partnering with regional marketing to ensure input and alignment.
  • Assist in tracking campaign and launch performance, identifying key learnings, and sharing actionable recommendations to continuously improve future plans, processes, and results.
  • Partner closely with global cross-functional teams and local markets to align priorities, gather input, and support execution excellence across regions and channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred. Equivalent experience may be accepted.
  • 5+ years of experience in global brand, product, or omnichannel marketing (beauty or CPG experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Knowledge of influencer and earned media strategies, with experience partnering with PR and digital teams.
  • Strong pulse on the beauty industry—staying ahead of what leading brands, influencers, and cultural voices are talking about (especially on TikTok and other key platforms).
  • Experience with retail and trade marketing, ensuring in-store and retailer channels are fully leveraged.

Schedule:

  • Onsite presence required at Benefit HQ 3x per week

The target salary range for this position is $90,000-$138,000 annually. The actual salary offered is based on market location and will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus. This position is also eligible for the following benefits, including but not limited to: comprehensive health, dental and vision plans; a 401(k) plan with employer matching, various paid time off programs; employee discounts/perks; life insurance; disability insurance; flexible spending accounts.
