As a Contract Manager in Santa Clara, CA, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our business operations by managing and optimizing our contractual agreements. Lead all aspects of contract management for NVIDIA, ensuring efficient operations and impactful agreements.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate and manage the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring flawless execution and compliance for Enterprise and Commercial agreements.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and product teams, to determine contractual terms and conditions.

  • Develop and maintain templates and playbooks for recurring agreements to streamline processes.

  • Provide strategic counsel and support to internal customers for contract-related concerns.

  • Conduct risk assessments and negotiate contract terms to protect NVIDIA's interests strictly.

  • Manage the contract process within the contract management database.

  • Ensure NVIDIA can implement requirements outlined in agreements, either by working directly with individuals or through a taskforce you establish and manage.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

  • 8+ overall years of relevant work experience, with 4+ years team management experience.

  • Proven experience in contract management, particularly in the technology sector.

  • Problem solver and technically adept at implementing AI tools at scale.

  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and contractual principles.

  • Demonstrated ability to use technology to solve challenges.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated individual who owns their tasks, works independently with little mentorship, and can adjust to collaborate in a fast-paced setting.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 3, and 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
