The US base salary range for this full-time position is 111,000.00 USD - 138,700.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What you'll do as a CRM Manager, Casino
- Own the end-to-end CRM strategy for calendar-based communications across DraftKings Casino and Golden Nugget brands
- Lead an operational marketing team, setting the bar for performance, campaign execution, and delivery
- Build and manage the marketing calendar, aligning messaging and segmentation around key promotional and seasonal moments
- Partner across Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, and Operations to streamline workflows and enhance personalization through data and automation
- Establish clear decision frameworks and regularly present campaign insights and performance results to senior stakeholders
- Create and maintain a rigorous A/B testing agenda to drive continuous performance improvements across channels
- Optimize campaigns across email, push, and in-app by leveraging impactful messaging, detailed targeting, and smart segmentation strategies
- Identify and implement new strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and LTV
What you'll bring
- At least 5 years of CRM or retention marketing experience, ideally in regulated gaming, e-commerce, or tech environments
- At least 1 year of people management experience, with a track record of leading operational teams to hit performance targets
- Strong analytical mindset with experience running and interpreting A/B tests to inform strategy
- A data-driven, strategic thinker with excellent organization skills and a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects on fast timelines with confidence and clarity
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Braze and scripting logic like Liquid or conditional logic
- Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, or Tableau is a plus
- A passion for gaming, technology, or customer experience
