Role Overview

Tunnl is seeking a Data Partnerships Manager to support the operational management and day-to-day execution of our growing partner ecosystem. This role sits at the center of Tunnl’s partnerships function — responsible for keeping integrations healthy, delivering on partner commitments, and ensuring the team has the reporting and intelligence needed to drive smart, data-informed decisions across revenue, audiences, and the broader product landscape.

Reporting to the SVP of Partnerships, this role will own the operational rhythms of assigned data partnerships — from monthly revenue tracking to custom audience fulfillment and overall account growth. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Experience teams, and bring a detail-oriented, analytical mindset to a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a foundation in ad technology and digital advertising who is ready to grow their career in data partnerships.

What You'll Do:

Operational Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track partner revenue on a monthly basis and maintain accurate, up-to-date records across the full partner portfolio in HubSpot

  • Run Tableau reports on monthly and quarterly cadences, tracking revenue, top buyers, audience performance, product usage, and partner health across metrics defined by the Director, Data Partnerships

  • Translate report outputs into clear, actionable findings — surfacing risks, trends, and gaps across audiences, taxonomy, partner coverage, competitive positioning, and anything else that could affect bottom line performance

Audience Delivery & Technical Operations

  • Lead integration workflows for new partners in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams

  • Oversee all audience delivery requests downstream to partner platforms with accuracy, timeliness, and clear documentation

  • Manage the segment intake process and client communications for incoming custom requests and maintain taxonomy structure across data partners

  • Monitor marketplace audience availability to ensure accuracy and quality

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner and client communications tied to audience deliveries and operational requests — managing expectations, providing status updates, and ensuring every deliverable is clearly documented and closed out

Partner Relationship Management & Account Ownership

  • Own day-to-day relationships with assigned partners, serving as the primary operational point of contact

  • Manage a portfolio of partner accounts end-to-end, including all communications, delivery coordination, and ongoing relationship health

  • Lead and conduct quarterly business reviews with highly strategic partners

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to keep the partnerships team informed on trends, emerging data sources, partner capabilities, and industry developments

  • Synthesize findings into concise, actionable briefings that inform partner strategy and product direction

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience working with a data vendor, DSP, or audience activation platform

  • Familiarity with audience distribution processes and downstream delivery workflows

  • Experience managing data taxonomy, segmentation structures, or intake/QA processes for structured data delivery

  • Background in programmatic media and data analytics

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience with Hubspot, Tableau, and other partnership or project management tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience managing partner- or client-facing relationships and status updates

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with experience managing multiple accounts, deliverables, or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Experience teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct sales experience with a data vendor

  • Background in analytics or technical integrations

  • MBA

Why You Should Apply:

  • Join a team driven by curiosity, teamwork, integrity, and a shared passion for solving big challenges.

  • A friendly, welcoming, and supportive culture with regular social and team events.

  • Comprehensive benefits with excellent medical, vision, and dental coverage.

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.

  • Employer-paid life insurance & short-term & long-term disability, with other voluntary additional coverage available (accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity).

  • Flexible hybrid work policy.

  • Flexible paid vacation plus 80 hours of paid sick leave.

  • 10 paid company holidays per year.

  • 401(k) plan with 100% match up to 3%, plus 50% match up to 5% (subject to IRS limits).

  • Cell phone reimbursement stipend.

  • Monthly parking or commuter stipend for VA-based employees.
