Are you passionate about fashion, retail leadership, and creating unforgettable customer experiences? Dolls Kill is seeking an elevated, results-driven Live Sales Manager to oversee and grow our Live Sales business across digital platforms including TikTok Live, Whatnot, Instagram Live, and emerging social commerce channels.

This role is more than hosting live streams — we are seeking a strong retail operator and people leader who can manage the day-to-day business operations of the Live Sales department while driving sales performance, customer engagement, and brand growth.

The ideal candidate has experience leading retail teams, managing business operations, driving KPI performance, and creating high-energy customer experiences both online and in-store.

Responsibilities

    Business & Operational Management
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Live Sales business

  • Create and manage team schedules, coverage plans, and labor efficiency

  • Manage payroll hours, staffing needs, and operational execution

  • Ensure live selling spaces, inventory, and operational processes are organized and optimized

  • Build and maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational standards for the Live Sales department

  • Partner with warehouse, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure product readiness and inventory accuracy

  • Monitor and manage business performance through reporting and KPI analysis

  • Sales Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Live Sales team to deliver elevated customer experiences and strong sales performance

  • Train hosts and stylists on:

  • Product storytelling

  • Styling and outfitting

  • Customer engagement

  • Sales techniques

  • Brand voice and energy

  • Set clear performance expectations and accountability standards

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team culture

  • Live Commerce & Customer Experience
  • Oversee daily live selling events across Whatnot and additional platforms

  • Drive sales performance through strategic product selection, styling, and customer engagement

  • Analyze KPIs including:

  • Sales

  • Conversion

  • Average Order Value (AOV)

  • Units Per Transaction (UPT)

  • Viewer engagement

  • Sell-through performance

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Social teams to execute launches, campaigns, and activations

  • Ensure all live selling content aligns with the Dolls Kill brand identity and customer experience standards
