Job Description

The Marketing Channels team sits within the Marketing & Operations organization. The team is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive audience, channel and creative strategy across all distribution channels (including digital, field, email and organic). The team focuses on both short-term performance and long-term innovation and driving the evolution of channel marketing capabilities to meet future market demands. This is a fixed-term position with a duration of one year.

Job Summary

The Channel Marketing Operations Manager serves as a strategic and operational partner to the SVP of Marketing Channels. This role drives cross-functional initiatives that span Paid, DX, Field, Creative and Email ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution on the Channels roadmap. This individual owns the operating rhythm of the Channels Marketing function. This includes helping define the roadmap of prioritized initiatives, defining success metrics, coordinating work across leaders and teams, and building compelling narratives around performance and impact. The role is ideal for a systems-oriented, highly collaborative individual who thrives in ambiguity and can move seamlessly between strategy, execution, and analysis.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic and operational partner of the SVP of Channels Marketing and the VPs supporting the Channels functions supporting planning, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional Channels initiatives. 
  • Support definition and documentation of Channels functional initiatives, roadmaps, interdependencies between projects, and business cases, supporting Channels strategic decisions with data and analysis.  Produce executive-ready updates to inform progress, risks and tradeoffs.  Operationalize initiatives across Channels and partner portfolio.
  • Establish and manage the operating rhythm of the Channels function, including KPI definition, tracking, and reporting in collaboration with Analytics & Channel Leaders.  Support refinement of forecasts based on performance trends and key initiatives.
  • Oversee Channels performance insights and storytelling, translating data into clear narratives around wins, opportunities and platform progress
  • Lead and support cross-channel initiatives ensuring alignment, accountability, and momentum across teams. Partner with Channel leaders to define decision frameworks, workflows, and operating rhythm. 
  • Create executive-ready and team-ready materials, including monthly business reviews, leadership updates, all-hands materials, and presentations.
  • Support ongoing updates to Channels business cases and investment narratives

Additional Position Responsibilities

  • Perform in accordance with Risepoint Policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field

5+ years of Program management, Digital marketing,  Marketing Operations.

Experience leading or coordinating cross functional initiatives or strategic projects.

Strong analytical, communication and executive presentation skills

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
