Job Description

Purpose:

The Manager, Global People Operations will be directly working with GlobalLogic Delivery Leadership , HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, company-wide HR and Talent Acquisition priorities and initiatives in order to align people objectives (Human Resources and Talent Acquisition) with employees and management. The role of Global People Operations covers corporate level activities in-between of HR, Talent Acquisition and Delivery Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Global HR processes: appraisal, compensation management, global mobility and others
  • Custodian for HR Policies and HR systems support
  • Global recognition programs support
  • Drive global initiatives in the field of talent acquisition: referral program, applicant tracking, employer branding
  • Regularly review process compliance, effectiveness and problem cases, and propose improvements
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Global HR and Talent Acquisition Team to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Make sure that information systems and tools are properly used, data is tracked in a timely fashion
  • Support compensation review processes, benchmarking and competitive pay analysis, goal-setting and performance review processes
  • Help tracking budget vs actuals to ensure budget compliance
  • Support M&A integrations
  • Provide support in the area of People Operations to key Delivery leadership;
  • Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate

Qualifications

Personal qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to quickly build rapport, and establish trust based relationships.
  • Action and result oriented, problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure, stress resistance, persistence.
  • Analytical skills, ability to design and optimize processes, manage KPIs, create models.
  • Leadership and teamwork, ability to energize and motivate people.
  • Self-motivation, organization and discipline, performance with little supervision.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Education in business, management, technology, or social studies.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition or Resource Management
  • Experience in technology companies with a service component
  • Knowledge of ATS, HRMS
  • Establishing, improving, optimizing processes thru metrics and analytics
  • Understanding of HR and fulfillment KPIs, and how they can be used to optimize the business processes.
  • Understanding of financial impact of Talent Acquisition and HR on the business.
  • Marketing and PR, ability to formulate and articulate value proposition and differentiation
