Position

We are seeking an experienced Manager, HR Operations to support and optimize our HR processes at Eikon Therapeutics. This role will drive efficiency in HR service delivery, and enhance the employee experience through effective operational management.

About You

You are a hands-on HR professional with experience in payroll, compliance, benefits, and HR systems. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at process optimization, compliance, and ensuring seamless HR service delivery. With strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach, you influence stakeholders across the organization and contribute to a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage core HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee records, immigration support, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to align with business needs, labor laws, and company culture.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of a new HRMS system, ensuring successful adoption across teams.
  • Strategically collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align operations with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, reporting requirements, and best practices in HR operations.
  • Develop HR metrics and reporting to track key HR operational performance indicators.
  • Partner with IT to maintain HR data integrity, security, and compliance within HR systems.
  • Lead efforts to streamline and automate HR processes for improved efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Post graduate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing payroll, benefits, compliance, LOA, immigration, and HR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HRMS platforms and ability to optimize HR technology solutions.
  • Understanding of employment law and HR compliance best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

The expected salary range for this role is $126,000 to $137,750 depending on skills, competency, and the market demand for your expertise.
