Who We’re Looking For:

The Manager, Member Solutions is responsible for driving a team to develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with existing accounts, while also developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

The Manager, Member Solutions will lead a team offering a customized range of food service contracts to Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, and other senior care providers associated with MHA’s Navigator membership clients.

This role oversees a team of Inside Sales Representatives, ensuring disciplined execution of sales strategies, effective pipeline development, and strong member engagement. The Manager, Member Solutions provides leadership, coaching, and data-driven direction to optimize performance, enhance partner relationships, and align execution with the organization’s broader sales and contracting strategy. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building inside sales teams from the ground up and accelerating them to double-digit growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales Management

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Oversee member communications and ensure consistent, high-quality experience across all Inside Sales interactions.
  • Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development to enhance the team’s sales capabilities, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.

Sales Planning

  • Develop and implement short and long-term sales strategies that support business objectives and member growth within Navigator.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on performance, forecasting, and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Performance Management & Data-Driven Decision Making & AI

  • Establish and manage sales goals, activity metrics, and KPIs; monitor performance through dashboards and CRM reporting.
  • Analyze sales data and work with Navigator to understand market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend process or strategy adjustments.
  • Lead the identification, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered tools, bots, and workflow automation solutions to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, CRM management, reporting, and overall sales productivity.
  • Evaluate sales processes to identify automation opportunities, drive adoption of new technologies, and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, response times, conversion rates, and scalability across the inside sales function.

Communication & Reporting

  • Partner with Marketing, Navigator, Trade, and Business Partners to align lead generation, outreach campaigns, and sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on performance, forecasting, and strategic insights to senior leadership.

 What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years managing a team of sales development representatives
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Inside Sales Development Representative.
  • Experience building an inside sales team from inception.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Inside Sales concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and achieving repeatable outcomes through the application of consistent, structured inside sales processes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales teams.
  • Experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and process improvement is a plus.

 

Salary: The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000.

This is the lowest to highest salary range for which this role has been evaluated.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors which include, but not limited to education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location,  and business or organizational needs.
