Reporting to the I&A Lead for SSA, this role will support growth by partnering with the assigned brand/ category/ area of business and turning consumer and shopper insights into strategies and actions. The Insights & Analytics Manager will mine and combine multiple data sources (retail, consumer, market, demographic, etc.) to provide powerful, action-oriented recommendations to help drive the business in key categories.
Success in this role requires a solid foundation in data analysis across multiple systems, a strong consumer insights background, and an ability to derive and translate insights into actions.

What you need to know about this position:
- Mine & combine insights from multiple sources with consumer and business knowledge, and synthesize to help provide clear and compelling recommendations for concrete growth activities
- Understand consumers, the laws of growth, helping to bring each to life in the most inspiring way to help marketing to get under the skin of consumers
- Have excellent ability to use Nielsen, Household-panel-data & Other data sources to identify drivers of brand/ business performance followed by clear communication towards business team
- Provide understanding of performance of advertising activities and development of brand equity
- Provide Shopper Insights to learn and leverage broad shopping and consumer knowledge.
- Continuously optimize business through data, tracking, learning
- Drives action-oriented insights on current portfolio, innovation, communication, and brand growth imperatives
- Provide analytical support at a local market level
- Curate social intelligence and listening to uncover rich cultural trends, snacking moments, brand Identify and leverage growth opportunity in retail environment for the area of geographic responsibility

- Experience in leading and managing research agencies

- Min. 6 years working experience in commercial area (preferably FMCG), min. 5 years of market research
- Cross-country experience preferable, demonstrated ability to work across cultures and in remote teams
- Advanced analytical skills
