Overview
The Services Business represents over a third of Mastercard revenues and is a key differentiator for Mastercard. Services leverage our unique and proprietary data, technology, insights and expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers. The Services organization is critical for the sustained, long-term growth of Mastercard.
Within Services, the Business & Market Insights (BMI) team plays a critical role in accelerating growth across North America. This role will support BMI in Canada, a priority growth market for the region. BMI develops products and solutions that create value for customers through advanced analytics, insights, business experimentation, and payment consulting and innovation.
The successful candidate will help shape product direction, support go-to-market (GTM) execution and work closely with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Client Services, and Global Product to bring differentiated, insights led solutions to market.
The Role:
• Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market plans for Canada BMI products, ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including global product, NAM regional product, sales, account management, and client services to ensure a cohesive customer experience for BMI products from pre-sales through execution
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and product performance to inform product enhancements and GTM adjustments
• Lead the development of localized sales enablement materials, including product decks, use cases, case studies, and playbooks
• Provide product expertise during customer meetings, RFP responses, proposals, and internal deal reviews
• Identify, prioritize, and operationalize new customer segments, verticals, and use cases to accelerate product expansion and market penetration
• Support regulatory and compliance requirements of BMI products relevant to the Canadian market
All About You:
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, information systems or a similar field
• Experience in Consulting, Strategy, GTM or sales-support roles
• Demonstrated understanding of data, with a passion for applying insights to drive innovation and improve business decision-making
• Ability to act with a persistent and relentless sense of urgency
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Understanding of payments technology and application of that knowledge to address customer/market needs
• Ability to think strategically about complex issues, driving thoughtful recommendations and action plans
• Self-starter, highly organized, collaboration-minded and results driven
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent relationship building skills; able to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships across multiple business functions
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Toronto, Canada: $121,000 - $169,000 CAD
