About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns. This role works cross-functionally with B2B and B2C Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product, Media, Creative, Ecommerce, Email, and Analytics to execute holistic marketing campaigns that strengthen core KPIs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multifaceted organization and possess the ability to drive for results across teams.

Essential Job Functions:

· Campaign Development & Execution: Strategic development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Media, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy across products and platforms.

· Strategic Leadership: Serve as a strategic partner in identifying growth opportunities and developing innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience, increase engagement, and result in sales.

· Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.

· Results-Driven: Advocate for actionable results and push for alignment and accountability across teams to achieve marketing goals.

· Organizational Navigation: Effectively navigate a complex organizational structure, building relationships and fostering collaboration to facilitate project success.

Required Skills:

· You have a strong understanding of digital and brand performance metrics (NPS, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, CAC) and know how to generate results across marketing channels.

· You have a high level of organization and strong communication skills, and can convey complex issues succinctly.

· You can build and refine processes that enhance collaboration and efficiency across the organization.

· You thrive in a fast-moving, fluid environment, and are passionate about building authentic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· You enjoy presenting business performance to senior leadership, conducting in-depth analyses, and crafting narratives in reports that highlight both successes and growth opportunities.

· You actively seek to influence, build effective relationships and gain alignment with peers, functional partners and/or external partners to accomplish business objectives.

· You are a self-starter, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and proactively identify and addresses challenges to drive success.

· You are a forward thinker who can operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree (in marketing or related field preferred)

· 5+ years of marketing experience at manager level or significant progressive level of responsibilities that demonstrate the readiness for a Senior Manager role

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

· Comfortable working independently as well as within a group

· Highly organized with excellent time management skills

· Self-motivated and able to work multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

· Ability to occasionally travel (including weekend days) as needed for the company

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. Sales Positions are eligible for a Variable Incentive.

The pay range for this position is as follows:

$67,100-$95,800
