Position Purpose: Responsible for understanding the business, assisting in the prioritization of projects, auditing project alignment with overall technical or business strategy, guiding resource allocation, and supporting the development of project or program execution plans. Manages Agile / Lean portfolios and supports overall strategy, investment funding, Agile portfolio operations, and Lean governance. Applies the concept of lean thinking to program and product and coaches stakeholders on these concepts to achieve objectives.

Leads the development, management and optimization of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies and disciplines
Manages the development portfolio strategy and analysis deliverables and processes
Builds partnerships, based on trust and transparency, within IT and the various business units
Facilitates the portfolio management processes to ensure strategic alignment on technologies and goals
Develops and executes a portfolio change control, risk management and communications strategy
Manages the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide leadership, technical guidance and coaching
Shares knowledge and develop staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices
Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve results
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Master's Degree preferred
Technical Skills:
One or more of the following skills are desired.
Experience with one or more of the following Other: ServiceNow, Flexera, and/or BDNA
Experience with Data Analysis
Knowledge of Other: IT hardware/software assets. • Domain knowledge of applications and application platforms
Experience with JIRA
