Responsibilities

  • Identifying new sales opportunities and driving revenue through face-to-face and telephone outbound sales to new prospects and lapsed customers.
  • Become a master of Dynata products and services and how to customize these products for different business customer segments through a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue and profit quotas and lead indicator performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand Offerwall distribution across loyalty, rewards, gaming, cashback, fintech, and content platforms.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective publisher opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions to drive mutually beneficial partnerships.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Loyalty Programs.
  • Proven experience working with Offerwall platforms on the supply side (publisher side).
  • Strong understanding of publisher monetization models, rewarded user acquisition, loyalty programs, and digital advertising ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success acquiring and managing strategic publisher partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and partnership contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

The base salary range for this position in is $75K-$97K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A competitive sales incentive program will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.  The commission plan is designed to reward individuals for meeting and exceeding sales targets and plan details will be provided to candidates during the interview.
