Job Description
Who we are looking for
McIntosh and Sonus faber represent the pinnacle of audio engineering and design. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and culturally connected Luxury Marketing Partnerships Manager who will define and execute our luxury brand portfolio activation.
The luxury partnerships manager is responsible for driving attention and favorability of our brand portfolio through high-impact activations and consistent attention generating execution.
You will develop and manage partnerships across entertainment, hospitality, lifestyle, and media - elevating brand visibility in cultural spaces that matter.
What you will be responsible for
  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns and roll-out strategies to generate brand attention and product desirability.
  • Identify and secure high-visibility product integration opportunities with luxury and hospitality destinations, including high-end hotels, private membership clubs, hi-fi lounges, and vinyl bars.
  • Partner with influential figures in design, art, music, home, food, and other culturally resonant fields.
  • Source and negotiate collaborative product opportunities with brands that align with our ethos and aesthetic.
  • Develop and execute brand experiences that generate brand attention and favorability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, PR, product, and sales to ensure partnership activations are aligned with business priorities and brand messaging.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership contracts, budgets, timelines, and KPIs with precision and professionalism.

What we value
  • 8+ years of luxury marketing experience-ideally fashion, PR, or hospitality / lifestyle.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing luxury brand collaborations and activations.
  • Thrive in cross-functional environments and can communicate with clarity in fast-moving workflows.
  • Possess modern marketing instincts and the work ethic to move programs successfully from idea to execution.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Our compensation is thoughtfully tailored to your skills, experience, education, and location, and goes beyond base salary. The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of New York, New York is: $133,900-$184,150.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
