  • Provide expertise to resolve complex problems that involve multiple considerations across different business areas
  • Improve integration processes, systems, and playbooks, and share best practices across the company
What you bring
  • 8+ years of experience in M&A integration management or related fields, ideally within a software or technology company
  • Experience delivering complex, large-scale initiatives involving multiple teams and evolving priorities
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including preparing clear presentations for senior leadership
  • Ability to build trust, influence without direct authority, and support collaboration across teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations
What we offer

  • Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching.
