- OneTag Onboarding: Manage intakes and support LOB onboardings to OneTag platform. Partner with the product team to drive onboarding process and UI enhancements.
- Strategic Tag Stewardship: Onboard tag stewards, define clear roles, and build strategies to turn stewardship into an active control for feature owners.
- Data Quality & Observability: Partner with product team to drive scaled data quality remediations across hundreds of teams at Capital One. Implement ongoing preventative and detective controls to ensure data integrity.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Transition manual workflows to scalable, automated structures (e.g., automated intake, lineage, AI-driven health surveys).
